- Fixes '>>' whitespace

- Replace ')\(>>\)\(\w\)' with ') \1 \2'.
- Replace '\(\w\)\(>>\)(' with '\1 \2 ('.
- Replace '\(\w\)\(>>\)\(\w\)' with '\1 \2 \3'.
