target: riscv: convert 'unsigned' to 'unsigned int'

Conversion done with
	checkpatch --fix-inplace -types UNSPECIFIED_INT

Ignore the cast as they could be better addressed.
Fix only minor additional checkpatch issue (spacing and line
length).
