Clean up many C99 integer types format specifiers

This eliminates most of the warnings reported when building for
arm-none-eabi (newlib).

Hsiangkai, there're many similar warnings left in your nds32 files, I
didn't have the nerve to clean them all, probably you could pick it
up.
