Only one exported symbol from eCos is included in this patch.
The eCos code is left untouched to prevent conflicts with patches
currently under review.
While there, remove an unused camelcase macro

Add RTOS task awareness for Chromium-EC. Currently
only supports ARM Cortex-M0/M3/M4 based targets.
No new Clang Analyzer warnings.
