Antonio Borneo 271e5416af jtag/vsllink: switch to command 'adapter serial' ...

The driver vsllink defines the command 'vsllink usb_serial' to
specify the serial string of the adapter.

Remove and deprecate the driver command, and use 'adapter serial'.
