Antonio Borneo b1afd3dba4 jtag/ftdi: switch to command 'adapter serial' ...

The driver ftdi defines the command 'ftdi serial' to specify the
serial string of the adapter.

Remove and deprecate the driver command, and use 'adapter serial'.
