- Fixes '!=' whitespace
- Replace ')\(!=\)\(\w\)' with ') \1 \2'.
- Replace '\(\w\)\(!=\)(' with '\1 \2 ('.
- Replace '\(\w\)\(!=\)\(\w\)' with '\1 \2 \3'.
