- Fixes '[<>]' whitespace

- Replace ')\([<>]\)(' with ') \1 ('.
- Replace ')\([<>]\)\(\w\)' with ') \1 \2'.
- Replace '\(\w\)\([<>]\)(' with '\1 \2 ('.
- Replace '\(\w\)\([<>]\)\(\w\)' with '\1 \2 \3'.
