Antonio Borneo 0432ac8399 arm_adi_v5: add missing enum DORMANT_TO_JTAG ...

Add the value DORMANT_TO_JTAG in the enum listing the SWJ-DP
switching sequences.
The corresponding bit-sequence is already available.
