Antonio Borneo d8c9f66d25 jep106: update to revision JEP106BG May 2023 ...

The original document from Jedec does not report the entry for
"21  NXP (Philips)", replaced by "c". It's clearly a typo.

Keep the line from JEP106BF.01 for "NXP (Philips)".
