Ian Thompson 987a274a85 target/xtensa: update COMMAND_HELPER output to use command_print() API 
- Change LOG_ERROR() and LOG_INFO() output, but
keep DEBUG and WARNING levels for verbosity
- Update command error code return values and
remove unnecessary output.
