Piotr Kasprzyk 03beb01239 Fix wrong end-of-region calculation ...

Correct check for end-of-region is:
$BASE + $LEN > $ADDRESS

And it is currently (wrongly) calculated as:
$ADDRESS > $BASE - $LEN
