Remove the first occurrence of GATT_CONTENT_CONTROL_ID_CHARACTERISTIC. The "Telephone Bearer Service (TBS)" section also defines GATT_CONTENT_CONTROL_ID_CHARACTERISTIC later, so we don't need this one.
